- Participate in the daily GEMBA walks and observe for risk behaviors.
- Coordinates Interns in order to develop a plan and meet the goals for SOS (Standard Operation Sheets) and SCS (Standard Combination Sheets)- Support New introduction and Transfer Projects- Works with supplier to request quotes- Creates fixtures and poka yokes for the manufacturing line.
- Determine production capacities.
- Maintain routings, bill of material, process diagrams, time studies and product documentation to support ISO **** standard.
- Participate on Generate Cost Savings (material, labor, overhead) by leading and implementing Productivity Projects- Reduction of down time (increase uptime)- Follow up/generation EWR's and ICMS.
- Propose KAIZEN events.
