Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care for clients' daily activities
• Assist in meeting clients’ emotional and psychological needs
• Encourage clients to achieve optimal functioning
• Maintain organized and effective client communication
• Work independently with accountability and care
Requirements:
• Must hold a Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
• Food Safe certification, as needed
• Valid driver’s license where required
• Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
