In this Home Lending Executive role, you'll support customers through some of their most important financial decisions while leveraging your experience to deliver tailored, high-quality lending outcomes. You'll work across purchasing, refinancing and more complex lending scenarios, guiding customers with confidence and expertise.

With a strong focus on business development, you'll actively build your presence - developing deep relationships within the Mount Waverley branch, connecting with the local community and generating a consistent flow of opportunities through both internal partnerships and your own referral network.

Working closely with your branch team and specialist partners, you'll take ownership of your lending pipeline and manage applications end-to-end, playing a key role in driving both customer outcomes and lending growth.
