Join our team as a Home Lending Assistant I in Home Lending. You will support Home Lending Advisor(s) by creating an outstanding customer experience for home buyers and homeowners, streamlining the loan process, and enhancing internal and external client interactions.
Job Responsibilities
- Delivers best‑in‑class customer service throughout the process, both inbound and outbound calls.
- Communicates updates to Advisor(s) on pipeline status and updates customers and third parties related to the transactions. Works daily priorities ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Contacts the customer to discuss loan terms and conditions, ensuring understanding, and proposes a loan signing timeframe at the advisor’s request.
- Updates the system of record and maintains accurate communication logs to ensure a smooth downstream process.
