Role Overview
We are currently recruiting an experienced Installer Home Construction to join a new team in the construction of small‑footprint homes in cluster communities. Reporting to the Construction Lead, you will work as part of a two‑person team and be responsible for the construction and completion of compact, right‑sized stick homes, along with installation and carpentry of modular home finishing components.
Responsibilities
- Construction and completion of compact homes and installation of interior finishing components.
- Completing company‑provided safety training and following safe working practices.
- Following instructions from company training manuals, images, and videos.
- Maintaining organization of tools and materials to optimize workflow.
- Keeping worksites clean to minimize hazards and disruptions.
