The Hogan Developer is responsible for the development, configuration, maintenance, and support of applications within the Hogan Core Banking System. The role focuses on delivering stable, efficient, and secure banking solutions that support business operations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Hogan core banking modules in line with business requirements
- Analyze functional specifications and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, and system upgrades within the Hogan environment
- Develop and maintain programs using Hogan tools and languages (e.g. HOGAN IDS, COBOL, JCL)
- Conduct unit testing and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal system downtime
