Job Description:
The Head of Finance will be responsible for end-to-end financial operations, compliance and financial planning. The role spans multi-entity group structuring, treasury, audits, forecasting, and operations of numerous African jurisdictions.
Own all forecasting and financial models for revenue, cost, liquidity, funding, and unit economics across stable-coin flows
- Produce insights dashboards and IFRS-aligned reporting to support decision-making
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including reconciliations, revenue and balance control reviews, and month-end close.
- Manage reporting to the Group, including consolidation support, performance updates, scenario planning, and governance
- Own working capital strategy, liquidity planning, and operational cash and asset management for multi-currency settlement flows.
