World's End Infant & Nursery School is looking to appoint a Dedicated and Inspirational Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support a small team of Teaching Assistants within our newly developed SEND Hub. The role is 32.5 hours per week, term time only, starting September 2026.
We are looking for a committed and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant who:
- Demonstrates a commitment to the values of our school.
- Is passionate about inclusion and ensuring that every child, regardless of need, can flourish academically, socially and emotionally.
- Has significant experience working with pupils with a diverse range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Has an understanding of inclusive practice and can adapt provision to meet a wide range of needs.
- Has high expectations of pupils’ learning, independence, behaviour and well‑being.
