HLTA for SEN School - Lead Small Groups & Interventions

TLTP Education is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a permanent position in a specialist SEN school starting ASAP. The successful candidate will deliver planned lessons, work closely with teachers, and support learning for pupils aged 4–16 with autism and other learning needs.

The role demands confidence in leading small groups and supporting behavior management. Ideal candidates should be adaptable, proactive, and experienced in SEN settings.
