Job Description:

The Salesforce Prod Support Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting Salesforce environments, ensuring system stability, and handling production incidents. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce administration, development, and integration, particularly in relation to the nCino loan management system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with Salesforce administration and development, including customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, and security models.


• 2 years of experience with nCino loan management system and basic understanding of Lending operations.


• Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with other platforms, systems, or applications using APIs and data connectors.
