We are looking for a detail-oriented Listing Backer to support the end-to-end management of property listings. This role ensures listings are accurate, organized, and efficiently coordinated from launch to closing.
Responsibilities
Prepare and finalize listing agreements and required documentation.
Input and manage property listings in internal systems.
Organize disclosure forms, HOA documents, and other listing requirements.
Coordinate photoshoots, showings, and open houses.
Collect and compile feedback from property viewings.
Manage offers, addendums, and negotiation-related documents.
Provide regular listing status reports to sellers.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused.
