Hiring for Site Engineer to work in Dubai

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project plans schedules and resource requirement plans.
• Monitor progress with respect to timeline cost and quality parameters.
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction works.
• Interpret drawings and resolve technical issues at site.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health Safety & Environment) norms.
• Review negotiate and manage contracts and subcontracts.
• Ensure project compliance with contractual scope and changes.
• Assist in dispute/claim resolutions while safeguarding company interests.
• Track project costs financial performance and cash flow.
• Liaise with clients consultants subcontractors and local authorities.
• Lead supervisory and engineering teams ensuring timely task completion.
• Monitor material inventory delivery schedules and site utilization.
• Report progress and critical issues to senior management.
