Job Purpose
To lead and optimize the company's import/export operations in Singapore, ensuring compliant, on‑time, and cost‑effective trade execution while driving profitability and sustainable growth.
Location & Work Schedule
Singapore. Time: 9 AM to 6 PM. Week off: Sat & Sun.
Responsibilities
- Prepare T/T online for Banking Transactions
- File all documents in the respective files on a daily basis
- Follow‑up with Bank for TR, DP, CAD, DA, Export IF Financing, LC discounting
- Prepare & submit documents under DP, CAD, DA, LC & OA
- Prepare & submit TR & Export IF applications to banks
- Follow‑up with Bank & agents for documents & payments under DP, CAD, DA, LC & OA
- Issue C/O & insurance as & when required
- Dispatch original documents to buyers as & when advised
- If required, you may need to go out of office for urgent work (Banks / Shipping Agent's Office)
