IT Recruiter with 6 months - 2 years of experience in domestic contract staffing. This role is critical to driving our large-scale PAN-India contract hiring, with a strong focus on both volume skills (Java, .NET, Testing, Infra) and niche skills (SAP, Cloud, Data).
Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT contract staffing roles across PAN India.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across volume and niche technologies, with a major focus on SAP, Cloud, and Data.

Conduct daily candidate engagement (pre-offer & post-offer) to minimize dropouts and ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain recruitment dashboards, ATS, and trackers; provide weekly reports to management.
