A Groups Tour Reservation Supervisor will assist in achieving budgeted room nights and occupancy targets as identified in the annual budget and marketing plan for the group tour series.
**What will I be doing?**
As Groups Tour Reservation Supervisor, you will assist in achieving budgeted room nights and occupancy targets as identified in the annual budget and marketing plan for the group tour series. The Groups Tour Reservation Supervisor will support the coordination and administration of all group tour bookings, as per the group reservations procedure. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Adhere to the events and group yield policy in order to maximize revenue
+ Work with Sales and Events Team to maximise corporate and group rates
