Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming Primary School in Salford on a full-time basis for the 2026/27 academic year, starting in September.
You’ll be joining a supportive and nurturing school that is committed to inclusion, equality, and ensuring every child is given the opportunity to thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HLTA to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
Delivering planned lessons and learning activities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in the absence of the class teacher.
Leading small group interventions to support pupils’ progress in core subjects.
