September 2026 StartWe are currently recruiting an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets on a full-time basis from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced HLTA to take on a varied and rewarding role within a supportive school community.
The RoleIn this Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) role, you will provide PPA cover and deliver targeted intervention sessions across the school. You will work with pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, supporting teaching and learning while helping to raise attainment across the curriculum.
Working closely with class teachers and the senior leadership team, you will deliver engaging lessons, support small group learning, and provide high-quality classroom cover when required.
