Higher Level Teaching Assistant
A super friendly & creative Primary School based in Newham is looking to recruit a confident and creative Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support students across EYFS, KS1 & KS2. This is a September 2026 start role, long‑term and full‑time position.
Responsibilities
- Work with students across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 (Year 1‑6)
- Support students with mild SEN (ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, Speech & Language issues)
- Plan and deliver small group and 1:1 work
- Use creativity and imagination to engage students with the primary curriculum
Qualifications
- Experience within the classroom (e.g., Tutor, Cover Supervisor or HLTA) is essential
- Confident and enthusiastic personality
- Creative and able to develop innovative and fun ideas and activities
Salary and Location
- £26,400 per annum – permanent
- Start: September 2026
