High-Volume Driver Recruiter: Outbound & Pipeline Master

Lean Solutions Group is looking for a dedicated individual to manage the recruitment process for prospective drivers in Medellín, Colombia. You will be responsible for screening candidates, making outbound calls, and converting leads into applications to meet performance goals.

Successful candidates will have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, along with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in recruitment. Proficiency in English (B2+) is a must.
