- Supervise site operations, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project milestones and ensure timely delivery of all works.
- Plan, manage, and control project operations such as cost re-estimation, manpower allocation, and work scheduling.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and building owners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare monthly updates and reports on project operations, progress, and any arising issues.
