- Sort and prepare documents for scanning (removing staple wires or excess glue, fixing folds, etc.)
- Proper hand-over of books including the cover to Scanning Team
Scanning Operations
- Operate high-speed scanners to efficiently digitize books, ensuring proper alignment, optimal resolution, and high-quality output throughout the scanning process
- Conduct thorough quality checks of scanned images
- Assign appropriate file naming conventions for each book
Quality Checking
- Perform quality checks to verify that it complies to the Scanning Guidelines
- Ensure files are named correctly and according to the Scanning Guidelines
- Upload scanned images to the designated client Cloud Storage platform
