Requirements
Minimum 5+ years healthcare BPO experience
Experience in UMR Prior Authorization Medical Billing Claims or similar healthcare operations
Proven team leadership and performance management experience
Strong operational discipline and KPI ownership
Amenable to onsite and night shift schedule
Non healthcare operations backgrounds will not be considered
