Overview
The Brandon Neighbourhood Renewal Corporation (BNRC) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HIFIS Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance, and expansion of the Homeless Individuals and Families Information System (HIFIS) across Brandon and rural Manitoba. The HIFIS Specialist will provide technical support and training to HIFIS Partner Agencies, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and support compliance with the Personal Health Information Act (PHIA). This role is central to strengthening coordinated data collection, improving service delivery, and supporting evidence-based decision-making within the homelessness-serving system.
