HGV Class 1 Night Driver

The Best Connection Portsmouth are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Chichester for HGV Class 1 Night Trunk Drivers.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Operate HGV Class 1 vehicle safely and efficiently
• Ensure correct placement in line with site requirements
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
• Complete all relevant paperwork and digital records accurately (e.g. delivery notes)
• Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and site personnel
• Secure loads correctly and ensure transported safely
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
• Keep vehicle clean and presentable

This role is available for ongoing or temp to perm role for the right candidate

Hours of work:

• 18:00 starts each day ( willing to be flexible as this could change daily...
