Join Heritage Family Services as a full-time Teacher at the Quest Stabilization and Secure Program. This role is dedicated to providing instruction and behavioral support for students aged 11-18.
As a valuable member of our team, you’ll work directly with students exhibiting extreme behaviors, developing impactful social skills programs and behavioral interventions. Relationship building with students and collaboration with house staff are key components of your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide instruction to students aged 11-18 in a secured environment
• Create and implement social skills development programs
• Conduct behavioral interventions to support student needs
• Build relationships and collaborate effectively with house staff
Requirements:
• Must hold an Alberta Teaching Certificate
• Experience with students showing extreme behaviors is preferred
