Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, staircases, and shared facilities (e.g., bathrooms or kitchens).
- Assist in preparing rooms for new tenants, including cleaning, organizing, and minor repairs.
- Take out garbage, manage recycling, and maintain waste disposal areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the property manager.
- Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs by helping with logistics and ensuring rooms are ready.
- Help organize and maintain storage areas, tools, or supplies.
- Support tenants with small tasks, such as carrying items or handling basic requests.
- Perform light landscaping duties, such as sweeping outdoor areas or watering plants.
- Follow property rules and safety guidelines during all tasks.
