Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver documents, blueprints, packages, and other items between departments, clients, or suppliers.
- Ensure timely and secure delivery of materials to the intended recipients.
- Handle and transport sensitive or confidential documents with care.
- Assist in filing, organizing, and retrieving documents as needed.
- Run errands for office supplies, equipment, or materials required for projects.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, or other stakeholders as directed by management.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including dates, times, and recipients.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance of the company vehicle (if provided) to ensure safe operation.
- Assist in minor office tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, or sorting mail.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or concerns to the supervisor immediately.
