Responsibilities
- Clean common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and stairways.
- Ensure garbage disposal is done regularly and properly.
- Perform minor repairs or report issues to the property manager.
- Assist tenants with moving furniture or other light tasks upon request.
- Address tenant concerns or needs and escalate them to management if necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor spaces, such as parking lots, gardens, or walkways.
- Water plants, mow lawns, and perform other basic landscaping duties if required.
- Monitor cleaning and maintenance supplies and inform management when restocking is needed.
- Ensure doors and gates are locked and report any suspicious activities.
- Follow building safety protocols and assist during emergencies if necessary.
