Responsibilities
- Support the store’s inventory management by restocking shelves
- Ensure proper product display and handle customer inquiries
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness
- Monitor product expiration dates to report discrepancies
- Operate basic store equipment as needed and support the team during promotions or sales events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus
- Previous experience in retail or store assistance is an advantage but not required
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry items up to 20kg
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented and able to handle inquiries politely
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
