Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting Emission Testing Technicians in conducting vehicle emission tests. The Helper will perform various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the emission testing station.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians in preparing vehicles for emission testing, including driving vehicles onto the dynamometer, connecting testing equipment, and ensuring proper vehicle positioning.
• Observe and assist with the emission testing process, including monitoring test equipment readings and identifying potential issues.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections, such as checking fluid levels and tire pressure.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and disposing of waste properly.
