The Apartment Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of apartment units and common areas.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing vacant apartment units prior to new tenant occupancy. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and removing trash.
- Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and replacing light bulbs.
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.
- Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.
- Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.
