Responsibilities
- The Apartment Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of apartment units and common areas.
- Assisting residents with minor maintenance requests (e.g., replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains).
- Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including helping residents transport belongings.
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas.
