Helper

The Truck Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning, maintenance and overseeing the truck loads.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitizing units. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and removing trash.
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and replacing light bulbs.
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
