Overview
The Construction Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the maintenance of units and common areas.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and replacing light bulbs.
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies
- Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.
- Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Following all safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
