- Assist skilled workers or team members with tasks as needed
- Carry materials, tools, and equipment to work sites
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Load and unload supplies or products
- Perform general labor duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role (a plus but not required)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment (depending on the industry)
