- Performs basic labor duties such as carrying materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with tool handling.
- Learns and assists with basic trade skills under the supervision of experienced workers.
- Follows safety procedures and guidelines.

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic hand tool knowledge (preferred).
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
