Our client is a large facilities management company currently working on a high-profile contract. They are looking to appoint a helpdesk scheduler to join their team.
Day to day duties for the Helpdesk scheduler will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Action emails that have been sent out of hours
- Check allocations for engineers – day and night works, ensuring all supplies are in order
- Logging requests
- Cross check all assignments, to ensure all rejections are covered
- Respond to all suppliers/client/contractors emails and file accordingly
