Helpdesk Operations Specialist

Lancesoft Malaysia is seeking an Operations Specialist for its Hong Kong Contact Center – Helpdesk team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, manage client communications, and ensure daily operations align with service standards.

Experience in contact centers, along with a minimum Diploma, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in Cantonese and English are also essential for success in this role.
