**Help Desk Team Lead**
**Location : Mexico City**
An international technology company is seeking a Technical Support Team Lead to oversee and guide a team of Level 1 support specialists. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities, a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, and a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences in a dynamic environment.
**Requirements and experience**:
Lead a team 5-10 agents
Mentor a team of agents
Handle escalated tickets
Monitor KPIs and SLAs
B2 or upper level of English
Bachelors degree
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
