Job Description
We are seeking a Backup Support Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support. This is a non-permanent, on-demand support role where the engineer will provide assistance only when required.
The candidate will act as an on-site support resource to assist internal teams, vendors, and remote engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during absence or escalation of the primary engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide backup/on-call support when primary engineer is unavailable
- Perform basic troubleshooting of network devices (Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points – Cisco/Riverbed preferred)
