Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to user queries with solutions, workarounds, or training materials
- Perform general system administration tasks including user setup and data maintenance
- Troubleshoot, replicate, and document system issues, escalating to Tier 2/3 as needed
- Track and manage support tickets using ServiceNow
- Assist Tier 2/3 support with vendor coordination and reporting tasks
