About the Role

We are recruiting a Helpdesk Technician. You will provide first level of technical support to our agents, helping them solve the different questions and problems they may have.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills in English and Spanish and experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical software issues presented by the agents to guarantee the operability of the Web System.
  • Receive incoming calls/chats and make outgoing calls providing excellent customer service related to web support assistance.
  • Create usernames and passwords for the authorized agents, correspondents, and corporate stores working via internet.
  • Assign authorized permissions.
  • Approve and register PCs.
  • Conduct web site training.
  • Provide remote connection assistance.
