As Help Cook, you support the Chef in the preparation and creation of various dishes. Your role ensures that the kitchen operates efficiently and that high‑quality food is consistently produced.

Duties

• Ingredient preparation: wash, peel, cut, and chop vegetables and prepare meats and other proteins.
• Maintain cleanliness and order: keep workstations clean and organized, and clean surfaces after each use.
• Assist in cooking: help prepare dishes by following the chef’s instructions.
• Stock management: check food stock levels and assist in ordering supplies.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards: ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations.
