Responsibilities
Understand and uphold TransPerfect's quality standards to meet client expectations.
Participate in and complete all required trainings for Associate Linguists, including subject matter certification, technical tools, TPT production processes, and Quality Assurance processes.
Navigate company resources such as Confluence, Launchpad, and relevant technology platforms.
Perform linguistic tasks according to project specifications, utilizing reference materials, translation memory, glossaries, style guides, etc.
Follow internal and client processes for all projects.
Work under close supervision of the Team Lead or a more senior team member.
Achieve the quality and efficiency targets set by manager/supervisor.
