Responsibilities
- Perform major diagnostics and major repairs on all fleet equipment with minimal supervision.
- Provide the highest quality of service and comply with the company’s established policies and procedures.
- Develop and coach apprentice technicians.
Experience Required
- Red Seal or Journeyperson Technician Certification
- 2-5 years related experience
- Solid knowledge of equipment systems and repairs
- Good communications skills with peers and supervisors
- Basic knowledge of computer applications
- Committed to continuous learning
- Strong technical background and capable of communicating with technicians and customers regarding parts and service
