Calling all 2nd and 3rd year HET Apprentices!
The purpose of this position is to rebuild major components for mechanical drive heavy equipment trucks including but not limited to rear wheel groups, front corner groups, brake assembles and differentials.
Is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment and machinery through expert diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance. This hands‑on role is integral to minimizing downtime and supporting smooth operational workflows within engineering‑focused organizations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work as a team to assist with or teardown large and small components and assemblies
Clean and prep parts for inspection
Move components by operating overhead cranes, jib hoists and pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
Prepare and secure parts for transportation throughout the shop area
