Heavy Equipment Operator (Fredericton)

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery – Safely and efficiently operate a variety of equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders to move, load, and grade earth, rock, gravel, and other materials.
• Team collaboration – Work closely with team members to ensure smooth, coordinated operations on‑site and contribute to project success.
• Equipment maintenance – Perform pre‑use inspections and basic maintenance to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition and reduce downtime.
• Follow safety standards – Adhere to all safety legislation, company policies, and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy equipment operation – Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and front‑end loaders.
