We are currently seeking Heavy Equipment Operators for a Bridge and Earthworks construction project in the Lloydminster area of Alberta.

About the Role

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating equipment such as excavators, dozers, or compactors. Successful candidates must have a strong safety mindset and experience in heavy civil construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment efficiently and safely on active construction sites
• Conduct pre‑operational checks and basic maintenance on equipment
• Follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the crew
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with general labour duties as required
