Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and assist with site preparation.
• Operate various heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and backhoes.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Coordinate with team members for efficient project execution.
• Read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and project manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
