Lead innovative maintenance strategies as a dedicated Heavy Duty Mechanic. This permanent shop position involves fleet repair of heavy construction equipment, working from 3PM to 12AM.
As part of this role, you will facilitate the repair and maintenance of trucks, trailers, and other heavy machinery, all while upholding safety standards and promoting a clean working environment. Your technical skills will be critical for performing diagnostics and troubleshooting equipment issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventive maintenance on heavy equipment
• Perform power train, drive train, and hydraulic servicing
• Direct a team of mechanics while promoting safety practices
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and stored properly
• Take part in safety meetings and adherence to site-specific requirements
